Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do they machine wash? Can you put them in the dryer?
A: Yes. The sleepsuits are made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton. They can be machine washed at 50°C. They can also be given a medium tumble dry.
Q: What if the waist is bigger than the size chart?
A: The waist expands, the chest is generous and the hips are larger for the pad.
Q: If they dont fit can we send them back?
A: Yes, but you will have to pay the return postage.
Q: What is your policy regarding returns?
A: We hope our sleepsuits fulfil your requirements, but if for any reason you need to return them, we will give you an exchange or refund. The goods need to be returned within 10 days in new condition, unused with original packaging. If the garments have been shortened or altered in any way, we cannot refund or give a replacement. We suggest you obtain a free proof of postage certificate before posting. We are unable to refund postage costs.
